Exactly 15 years ago I started my trajectory at Polo Films, a company that has given me the opportunity of working in the export area, and today I am one of the persons responsible for making sure export shipments are delivered within the agreed timetables. When I remember my journey so far, I realize I could not have made a better choice, here we have the opportunity of learning something new every day. Polo Films is for me a great company that has increasingly excelled around the world, always looking for new challenges and markets, and is also highly concerned with its most valuable assets, its personnel, the professionals who have helped it achieve great results. I am very proud of working at a solid company such as Polo, and I am very happy to be here.
Working at Polo is having the possibility of developing our professional skills. The company offers all the elements to build a successful career. It counts on extremely competitive and efficient teams that work with a strong focus on Safety, Quality, and results as well. I’ve been working at the company for 16 years and am a member of the technical team. I believe in the company’s culture and values, and I am proud of being here, and greatly admire the people I work with.
I am very proud of working at Polo Films, so much so that this is my second experience at the company (firstly from 2006 to 2008, then I came back in 2013 and am still here today), so I’ve been working at Polo Films for almost 10 years. For me, the main highlights in the company are the possibility of growing internally, their excellent working environment, their concern with collaborators’ well-being and safety, and the possibility of implementing new practices and ideas to benefit the company’s business, among many other things. I can only thank this company, which has been fundamental for me and many workmates for our personal and professional growth.
Life brings new challenges every day, from the time we wake up till the time we go to bed. In these nine years I’ve been working at Polo Films, I’ve had the opportunity of putting into practice many project management and asset maintenance concepts, while sharing and acquiring knowledge, and learning with an excellent team of engineers and technicians. To be a part of this team, which has achieved excellent results for the company, has been very rewarding. And support from the senior management, autonomy, and freedom to make decisions have been important factors that have enabled us to achieve such results.
Doing an internship at Polo is like being sure you will develop yourself. We are motivated and challenged every day, with the purpose of becoming assertive and competent professionals. I’m sure that here I’ll be able to develop all my potential and go much beyond that.

I’m about to reach 10 years working for the company, and now I can look back and see how many transformations Polo and me have gone throughout all these years. I started my path at the Staff Management area, and I went through all subsystems acquiring knowledge on talent selection, training, and development. Today I’m writing a new history in my career, by assuming the position of HR Supervisor, and embracing those two areas that I hold deep inside my heart! Looking at the future, I see many possibilities at this new Polo, which has been growing and offering newer possibilities, and I see I will be able to play a very important role to help the organization and its personnel evolve, with the many “for people” projects planned in the next few years. #GENTEÉTUDOPARAGENTE (#PEOPLEAREEVERYTHINGFORUS).
